Men's health starts with clean eating and exercise

For men to feel and look their best, the combination of exercise and eating healthy are key.  Healthy eating does not mean eating a salad and hamburger for going the soda and fries and drinking water from a fast food place.  It means clean eating.  It is estimated that about 75% of men in the United States are obese and overweight.  Part of the problem is men are not getting the nutrients needed from the foods they are eating.
